Haricot beans hummus
Ingredients

- haricot beans dry 167 g
- tahini 100 g
- garlic 1 clovecloves
- lemon juice 30 g
- olive oil 30 g
Steps

The day before, soak the beans overnight.

Boil the beans in clean, salted water, until they are tender. Save some of the cooking water before draining the beans.

Mix the beans with all the other ingredients in a mixer or a blender for a few minutes. Add the cooking water progressively until you reach the desired consistency.
